Hairy attraction for a suspended duo -70 min - from 7 years +
For Sanja Kosonen, tightrope walker, and Elice Abonce Muhonen, trapeze artist, Hair Hanging represents a new working material, a new device. Capilotractées is the name of the show for this circus and it is primarily an appropriation of an unknown circus skill of which they had no previous knowledge. They plunge with an instinctive desire to adapt this circus skill at the origin of a beautiful and unique acrobatic figure.
But as such, it remains only a performance. They created a show with only "that" with a huge evocative power: "horrible!", "magnificent!", "tragic!", "funny!", "stupid!", "terrible!"
This is not just one act: it could also be eight acts. During one hour which is the time necessary to apprehend, to marvel at the skill and experience the sensation of it. It is worth an hour, if not an eternity.
The two artists are immediately identifiable by their hairstyles: Sanja, the girl with long orange hair on the wire, and Elice, the girl with long black hair on the trapeze. But for this show, there will be neither wire nor trapeze.
